HOW IT ALL WORKS

The Photo Cushion was founded three years ago. Our head office is based in Somerset West in the Western Cape, from where our products are dispatched.

 
Our products are very popular as gifts but are becoming more and more popular as home décor.
Each product is custom made to your preferences and liking. Our products are delivered to our customers via courier.
To place an order, all you have to do is upload your photo’s.
Once the order has been placed, a quote will follow. On acceptance of the quote an invoice will follow. INVOICE AMOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY ORDERS ARE PROCESSED.
  When payment has been received in full, the layout and artwork will be done. An email will be send for approval of the layout..
On acceptance of the final approval, printing is done.  Our personal seamstresses will finish the making of each product.  The products will be dispatched via overnight couriers.
 
Please note that any changes made after the final approval of the layout, can and will be done at an extra cost.
